Many people qualify for free premiums with Part A. Medicare Part B helps cover most medically necessary doctors services, preventive care, lab costs, x-rays and some health and ambulance services. You do pay a monthly premium for part B.

What is Medicare Advantage?
Medicare Advantage Plans are also called part C. They are offered by Medicare approved private insurance companies. Part C plans cover as good as, if not better than Part A and Part B. Most plans may include benefits like dental, hearing, vision, gym membership, as well as Medicare prescription drugs as part of the plan.

To change your primary care physician you will need to call the number on the back of your insurance card.

When will I get my new ID cards?
You will receive your card in the mail a couple of weeks after you have applied.

Who do I contact if I have a claim?
You will show your cards to your doctor or hospital before receiving care. You will call the number on the back of your insurance card if you have a problem with your claim. If you can’t resolved the issue yourself, that is where it is important to work with your agent and get help for the resolution
